Processing and delivery

Every Human-i-Tees shirt is printed to order. Most orders arrive within 7 business days. During peak fundraising season, delivery can take up to 10 business days.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and countries across the European Union. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

International orders

International orders arrive on about the same timeline as U.S. orders, usually within 7 to 10 business days.

Duties and taxes

Depending on your location, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, or tracking shows a problem, email treehugger@humanitees.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
